The mountains, rivers and rich green pastures of "Bonny Scotland" are the home of the cattle producing the Specially Selected Scotch Beef sold by John Knight.  Each farm is a member of the Scotch Quality Beef and Lamb Association Farm Assurance Scheme.

The farms are visited regularly by independent inspectors to ensure that stock are reared in conditions where animal welfare is paramount and that all the codes of practice are being followed.  We also have full traceability on our beef.
