John Knight established this traditional butchers shop in 1957 to provide the highest standards in quality and services.
J Knight, Family Butchers is based in Goring By Sea in West Sussex, with meat sourced from only the highest quality herds and farms.
Since John established the shop he has always pursued the highest standards of excellence in his trade. His expertise with sausages has brought him many, many awards over the years including 3 times winner of the National Sausage Competition. John is a member of the National Federation of Meat Traders and an associate member of the Guild of Scotch Quality Meat Suppliers.
